You must be legally able to enter this agreement and are responsible for account credentials and activity. Keep submitted information accurate.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully within your plan’s device limit. Do not infringe rights, distribute malware or evade applicable laws.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans follow the term shown at purchase. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms follow checkout disclosures and mandatory local consumer law.
Service availability
We work for consistent service but cannot promise every route or region will always be available. Maintenance, network conditions, regulation or force majeure may affect access.
Intellectual property
QuickQ software, interfaces, marks and content are protected by intellectual property law. No ownership transfers under these terms.
Limits of liability
Where lawful, indirect damages and liability beyond fees paid may be limited. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
